Founded in 1988 WDI has grown to be one of the largest and most respected sales representative organizations in the central European market. Consistently growing sales in excess of the market average, WDI has developed and implemented a unique and state-of-the-art sales model. WDI acts as a distributor, representative or both – we consider ourselves as a „stocking representative“, combining the design-in skills of a manufacturer representative with the logistical strength of a distributor. WDI offers the largest portfolio of frequency control components in Europe. Whether it’s exceeding expectations, gaining mind share or developing and implementing successful sales plans, you can always depend on WDI.
Staff
A 12 person professional sales team covering the OEM and distribution market in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden). The team is assisted by +60 people, working for our affiliated companies (distribution, administration, IT-services and logistics). With over 120 years of sales experience, WDI’s main goal is to build positive, long term principal and customer relationships by providing products and services of the highest quality, being professional in responding to their needs and concerns.
Quality
WDI’s Quality Management System has been assessed and registered as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 + Cor1:2009. Additionally to that, WDI is also certified to AEO F (Authorized Economic Operator). Recognized AEO's are considered as particularly reliable and trustworthy. Among other things, we have the possibility of obtaining approval for customs processes throughout the EU without having to undergo renewed certification.
